Family Post-Adoption Training

At our training groups, you and your children will learn and discuss important topics and challenges that you may experience in your adoption journey.

Our trainings are from ‘Creating a Family’ and will be very beneficial for us all to learn and grow together.

Please note that families must currently reside in Hillsborough County to attend.

Adoptees age three – middle school are welcome to join you and attend the kids support group during the same time. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

We understand it takes a village to raise a child, and while adoption is a beautiful way to create families, it also comes with complexities. Thrive is a free post-adoption support program offering services to adoptive families in Hillsborough County. We offer parent training, support, and interactive group.
